26-07-23 2 Hour Anxiety Workshop At Local Dental Practice
I was delighted to facilitate a 2 hour anxiety workshop at New Street Dental Practice last week. http://new street dental practice andoverThe session was very interactive and saw staff doing a mini quiz on anxiety, followed by a presentation, then a creative piece that showed what is within our control and and what is not.
We had some good conversations throughout the session, with team members sharing their own personal stories of their anxiety and how they overcome it.
I think it is fabulous that a local company is really invested in the health and well-being of their staff!

The Olive Branch Training team are very excited to launch their first training event of the year on drug & alcohol addiction.
This online event on the 31st of March will be hosted by a very experienced therapist Toni Mason. Toni will facilitate an insightful workshop on working with clients in recovery with addiction.
